The 2026 World Series of Poker is still in its early stages, but the Winning Poker Network is already building momentum in Las Vegas.

With new pro signings, early tournament cashes, and Chris Moneymaker launching a new WSOP vlog series, WPN has several strong storylines developing as the summer schedule gets underway.

New Names Add More Star Power

WPN recently added three major names to its pro lineup: Alex Foxen, Chance Kornuth, and Chris Hunichen. That group joins a roster that already included Chris Moneymaker and Chris Moorman, giving the network a stronger presence among tournament players.

Foxen brings modern high-stakes credibility, Kornuth and Hunichen add more tournament firepower, and Moneymaker remains one of the most famous names in poker history.

Foxen Delivers the Biggest Early Result

Alex Foxen has already given WPN a major early highlight.

The WPN Pro finished 4th in Event #7: $25,000 Heads-Up No-Limit Hold’em Championship, earning $300,000. It was the biggest early result among the group and came shortly after Foxen joined the team.

That kind of finish is exactly why Foxen is such a strong signing. He is a back-to-back Global Poker Index Player of the Year winner in 2018 and 2019, has multiple WSOP bracelets, and has spent years battling in some of the toughest high-stakes fields in poker.

Moneymaker Adds a Cash and a Vlog

Chris Moneymaker also added an early WSOP result, finishing 12th in Event #8: $1,500 Badugi for $7,095.

Moneymaker is also documenting his summer through a new YouTube vlog series, giving fans a behind-the-scenes look at the WSOP grind in Las Vegas. The series follows his tournament prep, table time, and pursuit of additional deep runs throughout the summer.

That extra access matters because Moneymaker is already tied to one of poker’s most famous online qualifier stories, ultimately winning the 2003 Main Event. His ongoing WSOP coverage gives fans another way to follow the action beyond chip counts and final results.

More Results to Watch

ACR Pro Rob Kuhn also added to the early momentum, earning $23,712 for a 15th-place finish in Event #16: $1,700 U.S. Circuit Championship No-Limit Hold’em.

With dozens of bracelet events still ahead and the Main Event approaching later this summer, WPN’s pro roster has plenty of chances to keep building on this early start.

For poker fans following the summer action, WPN already has recognizable names, active WSOP storylines, and plenty more still to come.
