The Sun Run Series is bringing a lot of tournament heat and value to Winning Poker Network sites without forcing players into huge buy-ins.
Beginning this Sunday, June 14th, Sun Run gives players two weeks of online tournament action with more than $2.1 million in guaranteed prize pools. Running through June 28th, the series features daily events, multi-flight PKOs, three Main Events, and a leaderboard race with added prizes.
In total, Sun Run will award $2,186,000 in guarantees across a schedule built around affordable buy-ins and value-driven small and mid-stakes tournaments.
Three Main Events Close the Series
The biggest day of the series comes on Sunday, June 28th, when three Main Events play out across different buy-in levels.
Players can compete in a $200,000 guaranteed Main Event with a $66 buy-in, a $100,000 guaranteed Main Event with a $27.50 buy-in, and a $20,000 guaranteed Main Event with a $6.60 buy-in.
That setup gives players at different bankroll levels a clear path into meaningful prize pools without needing to dig deep into their wallets.
PKOs and Daily Events Add More Action
The Sun Run also features several large progressive knockout tournaments, including multi-flight PKOs already underway.
The PKO lineup includes a $300,000 guaranteed event with a $66 buy-in, a $75,000 guaranteed event with a $22 buy-in, and a $50,000 guaranteed event with a $5.50 buy-in.
Daily events make up the largest part of the schedule, with $1,441,000 in combined guarantees spread across traditional formats and PKOs. That gives players consistent options throughout the two-week run, whether they prefer standard formats or bounty-focused action.
Leaderboard Prizes Add Extra Value
Players will also be chasing position on the Sun Run leaderboard, which adds $15,500 in prizes.
The overall leaderboard winner will receive a $2,650 Venom ticket plus $2,500 in cash, with additional prizes awarded throughout the top ten spots.
A Strong Follow-Up to OSS
Sun Run arrives shortly after the Online Super Series, which paid out more than $22.6 million across 171 events.
This series is smaller in scale, but it keeps the summer tournament momentum going with a stronger focus on lower and mid-stakes buy-ins. For players looking for value, variety, and a packed two-week schedule, Sun Run gives them plenty of reasons to log in and play.
The series runs from June 14th through June 28th on WPN sites.
