ACR Poker is celebrating 25 years with a tournament that gives you more than one way to build a serious stack.
ACR Poker’s 25th Anniversary Tournament starts Saturday, July 18th, giving players a shot at $2.5 million guaranteed for a $250 buy-in.
There are 21 total Day 1 flights, but the real twist is the cumulative stack format. Every time you qualify for Day 2, that stack gets added to your total.
That last part is the real hook.
In a standard multi-flight tournament, once you bag a stack, you’re usually done. Here, you can keep playing additional Day 1 flights, and every stack you qualify with gets added together for Day 2. So if you advance more than once, you don’t replace your stack — you build on it.
That gives you a reason to keep firing even after you’ve already secured a seat.
How the Flights Work
The schedule gives you more than two months to qualify.
It starts with 11 Saturday-only Day 1 Turbo Flights, running weekly from July 18th through September 26th. Then, beginning Sunday, August 30th, the tournament adds 10 Day 1 Regular Flights, running through Sunday, September 27th.
Day 2 takes place Monday, September 28th, with the final table scheduled for Tuesday, September 29th.
That creates a long runway to find a bag, come back for another flight, and try to build an even bigger stack before the business end of the tournament.
A Lower-Cost Way In
The direct buy-in is $250, but you won’t need to pay that every time if you want a cheaper path.
Before each Saturday Turbo Flight, ACR Poker will run a $27.50 Mega Satellite at 10:45am ET. That gives you a lower-cost way to try to win your seat and take a shot at the $2.5 million guarantee.
For players who like satellite hunting, that’s a big part of the appeal. You can take a smaller swing, win your way in, and still have the same chance to turn a Day 1 stack into a Day 2 run.
The Anniversary Action Keeps Building
This tournament is also part of a huge stretch for ACR Poker.
Alongside the 25th Anniversary Tournament, ACR Poker is preparing for its record-setting Dual Mystery Bounty Venoms this August. Those two events combine for $15 million guaranteed, with a $12 Million GTD No-Limit Hold’em Mystery Bounty Venom and a $3 Million GTD Pot-Limit Omaha Mystery Bounty Venom.
The NLH event features a $500,000 top bounty, while the PLO event comes with a $250,000 top bounty. More than 1,500 seats are also guaranteed through the Venom Fever satellite promotion.
Your Chance to Keep Building
The $2.5 Million GTD 25th Anniversary Tournament is not just about winning one seat and waiting for Day 2.
It is about giving yourself multiple chances, building every stack you qualify with, and showing up on September 28th with as many chips as possible.
With 21 Day 1 flights, a $2.5 million guarantee, a $250 buy-in, and $27.50 Mega Satellites before every Saturday Turbo Flight, this anniversary event gives you plenty of ways to get involved.
Bag once, come back again, and keep stacking.
