How ACR Poker’s Bankroll Beneficiaries Feature Gives You More Control

When you’re playing online poker, most players focus on games, bonuses, and payouts—but there’s another side to managing your account that doesn’t get talked about as much: what happens to your funds if you can’t access them.

ACR Poker has a feature called Bankroll Beneficiaries that’s designed to give you control over that situation and add an extra layer of security to your account.

What Bankroll Beneficiaries Is

At its core, Bankroll Beneficiaries works a lot like naming beneficiaries for a financial account or estate.

You can choose who should receive your poker funds and how much each person gets, giving you a clear way to manage your balance beyond just your own play.

The difference is that this system is built directly into the ACR Poker client and can automatically handle the transfer based on the conditions you set.

How It Works

You can access the feature through the My Account section in the ACR Poker client by selecting Bankroll Beneficiaries.

From there, you can:

  • Add up to three beneficiaries
  • Assign specific percentages of your bankroll to each
  • Set a period of inactivity before any action is taken

If your account remains inactive for the amount of time you’ve chosen, the system is designed to transfer your funds to the designated cryptocurrency addresses you’ve provided.

There are also safeguards in place. Before any transfer happens, ACR Poker attempts to contact you to confirm your status, giving you the opportunity to respond and maintain control of your account.

Why It Matters

This is completely optional, but it’s one of those features that adds real peace of mind.

It shows that ACR Poker is thinking beyond just gameplay and giving players more control over their bankroll—similar to how you’d manage other financial assets.

With the Dual Mystery Bounty Venoms underway—featuring an $8 million GTD NLH event and a $2 million GTD PLO event—it’s a time when players are taking bigger shots and playing for larger prizes. If you happen to hit a big score, it’s worth thinking ahead about how your bankroll is handled long-term.

If you haven’t set it up yet, it only takes a minute to review the feature in the client and decide what works best for you.
