The Nosebleed Stakes events on the OSS XL schedule are about to get their own spotlight across five playing days. ACR Poker is bringing back Second Mortgage Week for a second run in 2026, with 10 Nosebleed Stakes tournaments scheduled between September 21 and September 28.
There are two Nosebleed Stakes events on each playing day, and the buy-ins start at $5,200 before climbing all the way to $25,500. The mix covers No-Limit Hold’em and Pot-Limit Omaha, with 6-max and 8-max formats represented. Two events also use rebuy/add-on structures, and there is no fee on rebuys.
The Biggest Buy-In Lands on September 27
The schedule reaches its peak on Sunday, September 27, with a $25,500 NLH 8-Max. That is the largest buy-in listed for Second Mortgage Week and it arrives on a day already packed with OSS XL tournament action.
Day 1B of the $2.5 million guaranteed $2,650 Main Event and the $2 million guaranteed $1,050 Main Event are both running that Sunday. Day 2 of the $500,000 guaranteed Main Event, which has a $66 buy-in, is also scheduled for September 27.
The Nosebleed Stakes lineup then closes on Monday, September 28, with two more No-Limit Hold’em tournaments: a $15,400 NLH 8-Max and a $5,200 NLH 6-Max R/A event.
Put together, September 27 stretches from a $66 Main Event reaching Day 2 to the $25,500 Nosebleed Stakes headliner. In between, the $1,050 and $2,650 Main Events are both on Day 1B. For anyone following OSS XL, that puts four very different buy-in levels into the same Sunday schedule.
Chris Moneymaker Is Looking for Another Win
ACR Pro Chris Moneymaker has already had success in the concept, saying he won one the last time around. He is expecting another strong group of high-stakes players when the events return during OSS XL.

For players who are not taking a $5,200-plus shot themselves, the final-table replays give Second Mortgage Week another point of interest. Every final table can be watched with the hole cards exposed, so you can go back through the action and study the decisions made by the players who reached the final table.
That is the part Moneymaker highlighted for aspiring players, fans and recreational players. Instead of only seeing who won, viewers can study how top-level players handled the late stages with the cards revealed.
Moneymaker’s emphasis is not only on who plays the Nosebleed Stakes, but on what viewers can learn after the fact. With the hole cards exposed, the final tables become a way to revisit how the high-stakes fields approached their late-stage decisions.
Second Mortgage Week Sits Inside a Much Bigger OSS XL
The 10 Nosebleed Stakes events are only one piece of OSS XL. The full series runs September 6-29 with 336 events and more than $50 million in guarantees.
There is also more than $60,000 in added cash and tournament tickets available through three leaderboard levels. With the Nosebleed Stakes landing late in the series and the biggest event sharing September 27 with major Main Event action, Second Mortgage Week arrives during one of the busiest stretches on the calendar.
