With 421 unique players already through to Day 2, the cumulative-stack format keeps every remaining flight relevant, even for players who have already qualified.
ACR Poker’s 25th Anniversary Tournament was never meant to be a one-weekend sprint. The $250 event opened July 18 with a $2.5 million guarantee, and the Day 1 schedule keeps running deep into September before the remaining stacks finally come together.
Now the tournament is entering another part of that long build. Regular Day 1s are joining the schedule alongside the Turbo flights, giving players more chances to get through and giving those who have already qualified a reason to come back.
That second point is what makes this event different. Stacks are cumulative. Qualify once and those chips are secured for Day 2. Qualify again and the new stack gets added to the first one. The later result does not replace what you already earned.
The Field Is Already Taking Shape
As of Aug. 26, the tournament had generated 2,484 entries and sent 421 unique players through to Day 2. A total of $583,740 had been contributed to the prize pool at that point, with weeks of Day 1 action still left on the calendar.
Those numbers describe two different parts of the field. The 2,484 figure is total entries, while 421 counts unique players who have successfully qualified. Because repeat entries are part of the format, dividing one number by the other would not give a meaningful qualification rate.
What the figures do show is that the Day 2 field already has plenty of shape before the Regular Day 1s have had time to become a major part of the schedule.
Six Saturday Turbos Did the Early Heavy Lifting
Turbo flights have driven much of the early volume. The first six completed Saturday Turbos – July 18, July 25, Aug. 1, Aug. 8, Aug. 15 and Aug. 22 – combined for 1,236 entries. That is 49.8% of all 2,484 entries recorded through Aug. 26.
The biggest of those six came on July 25 with 269 entries. The other completed Saturday fields drew 197, 227, 208, 180 and 155 entries.
More Saturday Turbos are still to come, but Regular Day 1s now add another way to attack the same objective: finish a flight with chips and carry them into Day 2.
Qualifying Once Is Not the Finish Line
If you are used to multi-flight events where a better later stack simply replaces an earlier one, the key detail here is different. In this tournament, qualifying stacks accumulate.
For example, a player who advances 1.5 million chips from one Day 1 and then qualifies with another 800,000 later would take 2.3 million into Day 2. That makes another flight potentially valuable even after the first qualification is safely in the books.
Twenty-three unique players have already qualified more than once. mugggggy is the clearest example near the top of the standings: the player has four total entries, a current stack of 7,196,441 and sits second overall.
For players who are already through, another successful Day 1 is not just insurance. It directly increases the stack waiting for them on Sept. 28.
RazvyQQ Is the Number to Chase
The current leaderboard has a clear leader. RazvyQQ sits on 9,357,194 chips, more than 2.1 million ahead of second-place mugggggy. AAnoob follows in third with 6,980,312.
The rest of the current top nine are Minimahl with 5,863,990, EndlessJew with 5,697,358, krissyb24! with 5,588,504, Pokerdawgs2020 with 5,472,279, JeffHardy with 5,246,622 and JJoom with 4,941,968.
None of those positions is locked. Because qualifying stacks can continue to be added, anyone already on the list can return and increase the number next to their name before Day 2. That gives the standings an unusual moving-target quality for a tournament whose first flight was back in July.
Regular Day 1s Add Another Route
The arrival of Regular Day 1s changes the mix without changing the basic goal. Both Regular and Turbo flights can send stacks forward, and both can add chips to a stack a player has already secured.
For someone still trying to qualify, that means more opportunities remain before the field meets. For someone already through, it means there are still chances to improve a Day 2 starting position instead of simply waiting for Sept. 28.
The tournament’s long qualification window is what gives that mechanic room to matter. A player can make Day 2 early, come back weeks later and potentially arrive with a much larger stack than the one first secured.
A Saturday Turbo Route Starts at $1.05
There is also a current satellite path for players who do not want to buy directly into the $250 Saturday Turbo.
On Thursday and Friday, the route begins with a $1.05 Super Satellite at 5:05 p.m. ET. It guarantees 25 seats to an $11 Mega Satellite at 6:35 p.m. ET, and that Mega guarantees 25 seats to the Saturday Turbo.
Saturday uses the same two-step structure on an earlier schedule. The $1.05 Super starts at 9:05 a.m. ET and feeds the $11 Mega at 10:45 a.m. ET, with 25 guaranteed seats at each step.
That gives players a low-cost path into one of the flight formats that has already accounted for nearly half of the tournament’s entries through Aug. 26.
Everything Still Leads to Sept. 28
The anniversary theme is ultimately carried by the tournament’s two headline numbers: a $2.5 million guarantee and a $250 buy-in. But the cumulative-stack structure is what gives the long schedule its strategic twist.
The 421 unique players already qualified have chips waiting. Twenty-three have already added to their position by qualifying more than once. RazvyQQ has set the current target at 9,357,194, but there are still Day 1s left for that number, and the order behind it, to change.
Day 2 begins Monday, Sept. 28. The final table follows Tuesday, Sept. 29. Until then, players can still qualify for the first time or return after qualifying and keep building the stack they will eventually bring into Day 2.
